Valheim Wolf Cape: What, Why, How
The Valheim Wolf Cape isn’t the same thing you see a Roman Velites wearing, but it looks just as good. In-game, anyway. The wolf fur cape augments the Wolf Armor set; it doesn’t add melee protection value, but it does give you frost resistance. You’re gonna need wolf pelts, silver, and a wolf trophy to get your cloak - which you can begin doing after the first time you craft silver.
Valheim Wolf Cape
The amount of material needed for a wolf fur cape vary depending on desired quality (1 through 4) though the types of material required remain the same after the initial wolf trophy.
If you’re looking to get the wolf cape, the first thing you’ll need to do (obviously) is to kill wolves - so get thee hence to the mountainous wilds and begin hunting them down. Or hit the silver ore and then get thee hence. Whatever. You’ll need the following:
wolf pelt, six (6)
silver, four (4)
wolf trophy, one (1)
The hardest part of that will be the trophy. The Wolf Trophy is a rare drop, so you might have to drop a few more wolves than you need pelts in order to get it. If you start out to get the entire collection (each armor piece, i.e., wolf armor legs, wolf armor chest, etc.), then you’ll want to hang onto wolf fang drops while collecting parts - you’ll need those for the leg pieces.
Now off with ya. And don’t provoke the response of too large a pack. You’re looking to wear a wolf’s skin, not be a meal.
Lykke til!
