Welcome to Vellum!
We're a community for recording and sharing creative work within the Minecraft community, with a focus on geopolitical, worldbuilding, and roleplaying servers. Our goal is to preserve and promote the amazing stories and creations that make Minecraft such a rich and vibrant community.
“History isn’t written in Stone…”
Whether you're a seasoned Minecraft player or just getting started, you're welcome. We hope you'll join us in our mission. Together we will gather and share the limitless creativity of this community. We believe this part of the Minecraft community deserves to have its work shared.
We welcome submissions of all kinds. This includes builds, lore, stories, videos, pictures, art, music, in-character documents, and more.

We ask that you properly attribute the world or server where the creation took place and provide all relevant details.
Unfortunately, these communities are where many amazing stories and details can be lost as they move on or age. With Vellum, our aim is to allow you to easily access and preserve all of this incredible information. Preferably all in one central location!
Preserving Fictitious History
This a perfect example of work the Vellum Project is looking to preserve in the future.
Most communities operate in and out of primarily discord servers, which may cause long-term record-keeping issues or even separate communities who would otherwise find each other.
